## SUPERWISE Sentinel, the AI gateway

Every tier includes the full Sentinel product: Protection, Insight, and Optimization. Self-service tiers differ by the right to operate (development or production use) and by the number of Sentinels, never by features. Each Sentinel self-service tier starts with 30 days free and no credit card, with the same use rights as the paid tier. Buy online, with no sales call.

- A Sentinel is one protected computer, with the Windows app or the CLI, or one gateway. Each appears in the SUPERWISE account.
- Eight developers on their own PCs need two Pro plans, $50 a month. A 20-person office using AI with client data needs four Business plans, $200 a month. Both start with 30 days free.
- A company can mix subscriptions to match how each seat is used, for example three Pro subscriptions for senior developers plus Business subscriptions for production workflows.
- Developer use can stay on Solo or Pro, even inside a company. Business applies when Sentinel protects production or automated operational workflows.
- Requests are measured and shown in the account. Usage does not force an upgrade.
- Plans change at any time from account settings. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
- Self-service plans are paid by credit card.

## SUPERWISE Chat, private AI chat for business teams

Priced per user per month, with no seat minimum. Every plan starts at a secure checkout with a card on file, and the workspace is live within minutes of checkout. Every plan includes Business Assistant (a SUPERWISE-managed assistant that does not count toward the Customizable Agents limit), governed AI chat with guardrails the business configures, role-based access and governance policies, Knowledge (RAG) from the company's own documents, team workspaces, channels and admin reporting, and admin-configurable conversation retention. swTokens are the monthly AI usage allowance.
